The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned First Information Report dated 05.02.2025 in Case Crime No. 0024 of 2025 Under Sections 212, 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station- Sector 126, District - Commissionerate Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Additional Government Advocate states that a counter affidavit in the case was filed on 03.07.2025. The said counter affidavit is not on record. However, the AGA has handed over a copy of the aforesaid counter affidavit to the Court which is taken on record and shall form part of records of the case. Office shall also place the counter affidavit on the records. In its counter affidavit, the State respondents has stated that final report has been submitted in the aforesaid case on the statement of the victim that she was major and gone voluntarily with the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition has become infructuous and no further orders are required to be passed. The petition is dismissed as infructuous.
