DATE : 6th May, 2025 PER COURT: 1. This is an application on behalf of applicant Nos.2 and 3 for permission to withdraw their shares of the deposited amount of 50%. It is pointed out that, by order dated 14/11/2024 in this appeal on Civil Application No.1732/2024, this Court had permitted applicant Nos.1, 4 and 5 to withdraw 50% amount of their share alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. Similar request is made with respect to shares of applicant Nos.2 and 3 herein. 2. Learned counsel for respondent/sole points out that applicant No.3 Saurav Narendra More is minor, and therefore, requests 2025:BHC-AUG:13450 5295.25ca (2) for applicant No.2 Gaurav Narendra More can be considered at this stage. 3. In view of this, the civil application is partly allowed. Applicant No.2/Gaurav Narendra More is permitted to withdraw 50% amount of his share alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. Further 25% amount of his share alongwith accrued interest is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
