The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No.103 of 2024, arising out Gola P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 330 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. On 25.03.2024 at about 6:30 P.M., petitioner is alleged to have inflicted several knives blows on the husband of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner, knife which was used in committing in murder of the deceased was recovered. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
