Government Pleader for Civil Supplies The Court made the following ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing the proceedings vide Rc.No.B2/884/2024, dated 17.01.2025, terminating the authorization of the dealership of petitioner’s Fair Price Shop No.1283019, situated at Rayadurg Town and Mandal, Anantapur District as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the principles of natural justice and consequently set-aside the same JS, J WP No.3167/2025 2 and allow the petitioner to continue her as dealer of the Fair Price Shop No.1283019. 2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, appearing on behalf of the respondents, fairly consented to give a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the Appeal, which is pending before him for consideration. 3. Hence, without going into merits of the case, and in view of the innocuous relief sought by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent – Joint Collector, Anantapur, Anantapur District to dispose of the Appeal, filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned termination proceedings, dated, 17.01.2025, passed by the 4th respondent, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
