Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:55344 Court No. - 36 Case :- FIRST APPEAL No. - 158 of 1993 Appellant :- Madhu Mangal Singh Respondent :- Bharat Singh And Another Counsel for Appellant :- Ajay Kumar Mishra Hon'ble Shekhar Kumar Yadav,J. 1. The matter was called out for hearing today in the revised list. Despite repeated calls, there was no appearance on behalf of the appellant. There is also no representation on record indicating any valid ground for such non- appearance. 2. It thus appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. 3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for default of appearance. 4. All pending applications, if any, stand rejected. 5. However, it is made clear that the appellant shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application for restoration, if so advised, subject to showing sufficient cause for non-appearance.
