2 submits that petitioner has already submitted reply to notice and is apprehending that some adverse order may be passed and, therefore, he has filed this writ petition.

From the pleadings made in this writ petition as also submission made by learned counsel for petitioner, it is appearing that authority was issued a show cause notice, is still to pass an order applying his mind. In the opinion of this Court present writ petition at this stage is premature and, therefore, it cannot be entertained and is accordingly dismissed.
3. However, petitioner would be at liberty to approach appropriate forum by filing appropriate petition, if any order will be passed by the Competent Authority adverse to the petitioner. Certified copy as per rules. sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) alfiza Judge
