Hon'ble Shri Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice Order on Board 15.12.2025 1. The present revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this revision and be pleased to set-aside the order dated 11.11.2021 passed by learned Court below for the ends of justice and may further be pleased to modify the order dated 11.11.2021 and reduce the maintenance amount, in the interest of justice. ” 2. Mr. Akash Sharma, Advocate on behalf of Mr. Aamir Khan, counsel for the applicants submits that because of some personal reasons, Mr. Aamir Khan could not appear in the present matter to argue his case. 3. On the pointed query being made from Mr. Akash Sharma, Advocate, that as the four other counsels namely, Mr. Shubham Patel, Mr. Ramakant Patel, Md. Faruq Azam and Dr. Sitara Khan, whose name are mentioned in the cause list and they have signed the vakalatnama, why are they not present to argue to matter, then the applicant’s counsel is unable the explain also. 4. The Registry has also reported that the present revision suffers from various defaults, but till date the defaults have not been removed. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the instant revision, with the liberty to life afresh after removing the defaults. 6. Prayer is allowed. 7. Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to file afresh after removing the defaults. 3 8.
