JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 27-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 65(1), 108, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 3. It is alleged that this petitioner committed rape with the daughter of informant and when she got pregnant, petitioner refused to marry due to which she committed suicide. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to old enmity. He further submits that during course of investigation, age of the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50016 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 deceased is assessed as 19 years and she was not found pregnant in the autopsy. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5.
