Petitioner has sought quashing of FIR No. 0050 dated 20.03.2021, registered against him for offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Kunda, District Udham Singh Nagar. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that upon investigation, Closure/Final Report has been filed in the matter, as evidence collected was not found sufficient to proceed against petitioner. Thus, he submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. After filing of closure report, nothing survives in this writ petition. 5.
