JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 04/09/2025 This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 12.02.2024 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10062/2020. Vide order dated 12.02.2024, the Co-ordinate Bench disposed of the writ petition filed by some other persons (not by the present petitioner) with liberty to the petitioners therein to file their reply/objection(s) to the show cause notice issued to [2025:RJ-JP:35559] (2 of 2) [CCP-159/2025] them within a period of two weeks. The official respondents are enjoined upon to consider such reply/objection(s) in the light of revenue record and decide the same vide a reasoned and speaking order after affording the petitioners therein a reasonable opportunity of hearing within a period of three months thereafter. The present petitioner who was not writ-petitioner in the writ petition i.e. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10062/2020 has not made any averment in the contempt petition whether the petitioners in the writ petition have ever submitted any objection or reply to the show-cause notice issued to them. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioners in the writ petition have filed any objection or reply or whether the respondents have decided the representation on show-cause notice or not. Taking into consideration the averments made in the contempt petition and so also the status of the present petitioner, this Court does not find any ground to allege non-compliance of the order by the respondents. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed. (GANESH RAM MEENA),J Ashish Kumar /19
