This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff inter alia seeking permanent injunction restraining the defendant and all others acting on its behalf from manufacturing, exporting, selling, offering for sale, exhibiting, advertising, directly or indirectly dealing with goods being all kinds of Gourmet Breads, Institutional Breads including white breads, Atta Breads, Milk Breads, Bun Breads, Sandwich Bread, Milk Breads, Multi Grain Breads, Garlic Breads, White Breads, Fruit Breads, Sourdough Breads, Focaccia Breads, Pav Breads, Buns including burger buns, center filled buns, Fruit Buns, Bun fills Burger, Rusks, Cakes Pizza Base etc., or other cognate and allied goods under the trade mark/label/packaging ENGLISH This is a digitally signed order. During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed and signed a Settlement Agreement dated 18.08.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement. Copy of the Settlement Agreement is handed over in Court and is taken on record. 3. Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Terms of settlement are incorporated in paragraph 8 of the settlement agreement. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Settlement agreement shall form a part of decree sheet and shall bind the parties. 4. Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 5. Suit along with pending applications stands disposed of. 6.
