1. Heard learned Advocates for the parties.
2. We have considered the materials on record. Victim-housewife had suffered burn injuries and died. Statements of witnesses show petitioner i.e. the mother-in-law subjected her to torture.
3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
