The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent authorities to take necessary decision for implementation of the Government order dated 19.6.2017 within stipulated period. It is further prayed to direct the respondent authorities to take necessary action upon the applications dated 18.3.2025 and 2.5.2025 of the petitioner in pursuance of the State Government order dated 19.6.2017 within stipulated period. 3. After some length of the argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 4. The present writ petition stands dismissed is withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as available under law.
