The judgment sought to be reviewed was passed on the basis of law declared in CWP No. 4654 of 2013 titled as Avtar Singh Dyal vs. H.P. State Electricity Board Limited, decided on 26.1.2014 and CWP No. 6443 of 2021 titled as Babu Ram vs. State of H.P. and others, decided on 09.05.2022. 2. Insofar as Avtar Singh Dyal’s case is concerned, it is an admitted position that the same stands implemented. Similarly, insofar as Babu Ram’s case is concerned, the same has attained finality as the SLP preferred against the judgment passed in Babu Ram’s case by the State has been dismissed by the Hon’ble Apex Court. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? YES 2 3. In view thereof, there is no error of law much less an error of law apparent on the face of the record, therefore, the present review petition is dismissed.
