Prayer for expeditious disposal of Case No. 292 of 2023 (Soni vs. Brijesh), under Section 128 Cr.P.C. pending in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur has been made. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that even main proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. were decided only after this Court issued a direction by order dated 21.02.2022 passed in Application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. No. 4059 of 2022 (Smt. Soni and another vs. State of U.P. and another) and now execution proceedings are being lingered on, on account of non-cooperation of other side or sometimes the Presiding Officer being not available. 4. Considering the order sheet of the proceedings, prayer for expeditious disposal appears to be justified. 5. Accordingly, the application is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid proceedings strictly in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date a certified/ true attested copy of the order is filed before it.
