ORDER NO.HO.PW IR.CS PRO-274-2012-13 DATED 1-8-2012 PASSED BY RESPONDENT NO.2 (ANNEXURE – K AND ORDER OF RESPONDENT 1 DATED 15.11.2012 ANNEXURE – P WITH ALL CONSEQUENTIAL BENEFITS, IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE AND EQUITY.
THIS WRIT PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING B GROUP THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: A. Appropriate writ order direction directing the respondents to set aside the Order No. HO. PW IR. CS PRO-274-2012-13 dated 1-8-2012 passed by respondent no.2 (Annexure – K and
order of respondent 1 dated 15.11.2012 Annexure – p with all consequential benefits, in the interest of justice and equity.
B. Pass such other order or direction as deems fit by this Hon’ble Court in the Circumstances of the case may be including ward of cost, in the interest of justice and equity.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that for long there are no instructions from the hands of the petitioners, who are two wives and two children of the deceased employee. Learned counsel submits that if a direction is issued to the respondent-bank

to consider the case of the daughters for compassionate appointment, it would suffice.
3. In the light of the said submission, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the respondent-bank reserving liberty to the petitioners to submit application seeking appointment on compassionate grounds to the respondent-bank and in the event the same is submitted, the respondent-bank shall consider the same in accordance with the subsisting scheme strictly in consonance with law.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed.
