In view of that position, petitioners are permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file Revision Application before the Divisional Commissioner. If Revision Application is filed within a period of two weeks, issue of limitation shall neither be raised nor be entertained. 3. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. (R. M.
