The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 27.11.2024 being Case Crime No.281 of 2024 under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Titawi, Distt. Muzaffar Nagar and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners states that cause for filing the writ petition no more survives as the petitioners have already been apprehended. As such he submits that he is not inclined to press the instant writ petition. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
