Following prayer has been made in the present petition. " It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the District Magistrate, Pilibhit (respondent no. 2) to decide the representation dated 28.04.2025 (annexure no. 4) within the stipulated period of time and pass such other and further order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, so that justice be done, otherwise the petitioner will suffer irreparable loss and injury." 2. The dispute is in relation to the right, title and interest over an agricultural land between two set of private individuals and we are not inclined to examine the same in exercise of writ jurisdiction. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will avail such civil remedies. 3.
