This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 01.12.2024, registered as Case Crime No.459 of 2024, under Section 305 of B.N.S., Police Station-Sidhari, District-Azamgarh. 4. Counter affidavit has been filed through Sri Sudhir Kumar Singh on behalf of respondent no.3, wherein it has been stated that the parties have settled their dispute outside court. Respondent no.3, has no objection, if the impugned F.I.R. is quashed. 5. Accordingly, the impugned F.I.R. in aforesaid case crime number is quashed. 6. The writ petition is allowed.
