The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents considered the case of the petitioner and disbursed a sum of Rs.12,131/- towards 6% interest amount for belated payment of difference of gratuity and a sum of Rs.19,531/- towards 6% interest amount for EL surrender.
