Heard Sri Awadh Narain Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Lal Mani, learned Standing Counsel. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that except G.P.F. amount, all other retiral benefits have been granted to the petitioner who retired on 31.1.2024, however, till date G.P.F. amount has not been released and in this regard counsel for the petitioner refers contents of this writ petition and documents annexed along with this writ petition. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that he has no instructions about it. However, he fairly submitted that in case legally permissible G.P.F. amount if still not paid, same will be paid to the petitioner within a short period and in case there is any legal impediment, same will be conveyed to the petitioner. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, instead of going into the merits of this case at this stage on the basis of above submission, this writ petition is disposed of.
