The petitioner was appointed as a driver in the Kanpur City Transport Service Ltd in the respondent no. 4. The petitioner claims that he is a driver. By the impugned order the petitioner has been asked to perform guard duties at the bus depot. The respondent no. 4 shall examine the matter and pass appropriate orders as per law. In case the petitioner is a driver he shall be given driving duties according to the roster and availability as per the decision of the competent authority.
