It is argued that the award dated 21.12.2023 made in favour of the petitioner by the respondent no. 1, since the same was not complied with, the proceedings were initiated by the petitioner before the Presiding Officer, Labour Court as provided under section 6H (1) of the U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. In the said application notices were issued to the respondent no. 3/Sri Ram Transport Finance Company Limited on 21.06.2024 and thereafter on 04.04.2025 but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2/Deputy Labour Commissioner, U.P. Prayagraj to take a final decision in the matter strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy before him unless there is no legal impediment.
