Annexure-F & G and pass appropriate orders accordingly;
III) Pass such other order/orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit, in the facts and circumstances of the case, including
order as to costs, in the interest of justice.”
2. A perusal of the material on record will indicate that the sole grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.5 was illegally appointed as Anganwadi worker on 27.05.2013 and the representation submitted by the petitioner in this regard has not been considered, thereby constraining the petitioner to approach this Court by way of the present petition.
3. However, having regard to the fact that there is no interim order in the present petition and the respondent No.5 has continued to work as an Anganwadi worker from the date of her appointment on 27.05.2013, the question of interfering with the interim order at the instance of the petitioner would not arise.
