Appellant No.2 has expired during the pendency of the appeal on 26/11/2020. The applicants/appellants have prayed for condonation of delay in bringing on record legal representatives of appellant No.2 and for substituting their names. The applicants/appellants submits that they are the agriculturists and were not able to take steps immediately for bringing legal representatives of appellant No.2 on record.
