The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the 2 representation and to enhance awarded compensation in accordance with the provision of the Agricultural Land Acquisition Act with 18% interest within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not paid interest as per entitlement fo the petitioner and therefore, he has submitted a representation before the Respondent No. 3 on 28.11.2025 and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the the counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the parties, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
