His client claimed compensation under the scheme on application dated 28th October, 2023 made to respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate). He seeks direction for consideration of the application. 2. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate,Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits the application will be duly dealt with. 3. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 28th October, 2023. She will communicate certified copy of this order and copy of her application to said respondent.
