Considering the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the authority concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to all the stake holders in the matter.
