Court No. - 9 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 16706 of 2025 Petitioner :- Mahendra Kumar Mishra And 7 Others Respondent :- The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Hanuman Prasad Dube,Vipul Dube Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
"i. To issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jhansi to decide the pending matter being MACP No. 526 of 2019 (Mahendra Kumar Mishra and Others VS. Raj Kumar and Others) expeditiously." It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that Motor Accident Claims Petition is pending consideration since 2019 before Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondent, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon Tribunal concerned to decide the pending MACP No. 526 of 2019 (Mahendra Kumar Mishra and Others Vs. Raj Kumar and Others) after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law , expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits.
