The challenge is mounted to the order dated 8.9.2022 passed in WPA No.16992 of 2022 where Court observed that the dispute between the parties is purely a civil dispute. Thus, interference was declined. Liberty was reserved to avail appropriate remedy. Since nobody entered appearance, it appears that parties have lost interest in challenging the impugned order.
