JUDGMENT Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) The petitioner was running a Fair Price Shop. Her license for sale was suspended and an inquiry was conducted and Inquiry Report has been submitted to the respondent No.2/the District Magistrate Haridwar. But, he has yet not taken any decision. Therefore, the petitioner seeks directions that the respondent no.2/the District Magistrate, Haridwar may be directed to take a decision in the matter. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Inquiry Report has already been submitted to the respondent no.2/the District Magistrate, Haridwar, but he has yet not taken any decision. Therefore, he may be directed to take an early decision in the matter. 4. Learned State counsel would submit that the decision in the matter may be taken within a period of six weeks. 2 5. The petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2/the District Magistrate, Haridwar to take a decision in the matter within a period of six weeks.
