Heard the counsel for the parties. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to eject the petitioner from the shop nos.284 and 285 situated in Meena Bazar, Rampur." 3. Sri Sharad Sharma, the counsel representing the respondent nos.2 and 3 states, on instructions, that the petitioner has paid his rent till 2024 and has not paid any rent for the year 2025. However, Sri Sharad Sharma, the counsel also states that respondent nos.2 and 3, at present, do not intend to evict the petitioner from Shop Nos.284 and 285 and the writ petition has been filed on a false apprehension. 4. In view of the aforesaid, no orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
