The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned first information report dated 11.08.2019, registered as case crime no.315 of 2019, under sections 406, 471, 470, 468, 467, 420, 419 IPC, Police Station Bhadohi, District Bhadohi and further not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to said FIR. 3. The Stamp Reporter has reported the present writ petition beyond time by 2014 days. 4. Learned A.G.A. on instructions pointed out that both the petitioners have already been exonerated and charge sheet has been submitted being charge-sheet No.212/2021 and has been forwarded on 28.10.2021, charge-sheet No. 212A/2022 has been forwarded on 01.02.2022 and Charge-sheet No. 212B/ 2023 has been forwarded on 12.06.2023 for other accused persons and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition was not surviving even at the time of filing of the same. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having been filed for futile relief.
