Mr.Devesh Vikram, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and points out, petitioner had earlier obtained order dated 3rd April, 2025 from co-ordinate Bench disposing of his earlier writ petition with same prayer. 3. This writ petition is not maintainable, as petitioner had applied with same cause by Writ-C no.8766 of 2025, disposed of on order dated 3rd April, 2025, made by co-ordinate Bench.
