It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants – Claimants that, due to fnancial constraints, they could not approach this Court within the prescribed time. He submits that, the Applicants undertake that, they will not claim the interest and statutory benefts for the said delayed period. Hence, the Application be allowed. 3. The Application is opposed by the learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Advocate for Respondent No.3. They submit that, no suffcient reasons are shown in the Application. On hearing both the sides and for the reasons mentioned in Paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - ‘B’ subject to the condition that, the Applicants / Appellants shall not be entitled for the statutory benefts and the interest for the aforesaid delayed period.
