The petitioner claims that the arrears of salary to which the petitioner is entitled have not been paid till date. He has made a representation before the competent authority but to no avail. The only prayer made by Shri Arun Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated period of time. Shri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Jai Krishna Upadhyay, learned counsel for the respondents No.2 to 4 submits that the matter requires determination of facts by the competent authority in light of the applicable provisions of law in the first instance. Vidut Vitran Khand-II, Orai, Jalaun/respondent No.2/competent authority is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner regarding payment of arrears of salary and other service benefits in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation.
