The liberty of the applicant is protected by order dated 21.12.2023. Learned counsel for the applicant had made statement in the previous hearing that a settlement is arrived at between the parties. 3. Learned APP was requested to take instructions from Investigating Officer in this regard. Today, on instructions, she makes statement that parties have settled the matter. 4.
