At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement at the Bar that in the instant case investigation has already been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners and upon the said charge-sheet, even cognizance has been taken by the Magistrate and petitioners have been summoned to face trial, as such, he do not intend to further press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum at an appropriate stage. Learned AGA do not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
