CMP(M) No.97 of 2025 Keeping in view the averments made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, delay of 72 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of. Appeal be registered. LPA No.230 of 2025. Issue notice to the respondent returnable within four weeks, on taking steps within a week. List on 2nd July, 2025 alongwith LPA No.228 of 2025. CMP No.10491 of 2025 Notice in the aforesaid terms. Inter alia contends that the writ petition was filed on the strength of the decision in Civil Writ Petition No.2274 of 2021, titled as Satya Devi Versus State of H.P. and others and connected maters, decided on 28.05.2024, on the basis of which, learned Single Judge has allowed the writ petition on 29.07.2024. The writ petitioner-respondent herein had already retired on 31.03.2024. It is further submitted that the Apex Court has stayed various orders passed by this Court subsequent to Satya Devi’s case.
