This first anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.547/2025 registered at Police Station 2 Pamgarh, District : Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 299 of BNS. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that present bail applicant has become infructuous as the applicant has already been given benefit in light of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Arneh Kumar vs. State of Bihar. 3.
