Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the FIR dated 20.9.2024, registered as Case Crime No.0301 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 333 of the B.N.S. and Section 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015), P.S. - Mauaima, District- Ganganagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj), need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by Mr. Sanjeev Tripathi, learned State Law Officer for the State-respondents that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 5.12.2024. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is disposed of.
