ORAL ORDER
(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:
a) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned Endorsement dated. 19-01-2012 in ¸ÀA/ªÁPÀgÀ¸Á ¸ÀA/ªÁPÀgÀ¸Á ¸ÀA/ªÁPÀgÀ¸Á ¸ÀA/ªÁPÀgÀ¸Á---- ¨É«/¹§âA¢/ ¨É«/¹§âA¢/ ¨É«/¹§âA¢/ ¨É«/¹§âA¢/20/06/140 vide Annexure-C issued by respondent No.2 and direct the respondent No.1 to implement the order vide Annexure-A in KID No.62/2008 dated 01.10.2010 in the interest of justice and equity. b) Pass any other order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems just and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case including award of cost, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Heard the learned counsel Sri.Santosh S. Hattikatagi and Sri.Bhagoji P. R., appearing for petitioner and learned counsel Sri.Prashant Hosmani, appearing for respondent-Corporation. 3. The petitioner was an employee of the respondent-Corporation and was terminated from service. The termination was called in question before the Industrial Tribunal, which directed reinstatement while denying back wages. - 3 -

4. The respondent-Corporation thereafter issued plethora of notices directing the petitioner to come and join duties for in implementation of the order passed by the Industrial Tribunal. 5.
The petitioner for years together does not turn up. He later attained the age of superannuation on 31.07.2024 and thereafter filed the subject petition seeking the aforesaid prayer on the score that he was unwell to attend the duties for 10 years. These are admitted facts. This Court would not lend its discretionary hands to such petitioners, who take employment so casually. 6. In that light, the petition does not merit any indulgence and stands disposed as being devoid of merit. Ordered accordingly. Sd/- (M.NAGAPRASANNA) JUDGE
