Heard Sri Gyan Prakash Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shashi Prakash Singh on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3. 2. Petitioner after enjoying his retired life for about 9 years, has suddenly woke up and has approached this Court that his pension be refixed and he be granted annual increment from 1.7.2015 on the basis of recent Government Order dated 12.6.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show that the petitioner has taken any steps to ventilate his grievance. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 submitted that at this belated stage, claim of the petitioner cannot be considered. 5. I have considered the above submissions and perused the records. 6. Since there are orders and judgments about payment of annual increment, therefore, it cannot be said at this stage that the petitioner cannot take benefit of subsequent notification, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation and place the same before concerned respondent by dasti disclosing all the facts and position of law and in such event same will be considered in accordance with law. However, aspect of delay can still be taken note of. Order Date :- 21.5.2025 SB Digitally signed by :- SANDEEP BHATTACHARYA High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
