Petitioner is claiming gratuity due to death of his elder sister on 20.12.1999 i.e. more than two and a half decades ago. 3. Claim if any, has already been buried and it cannot be revived after such a long time. 4. Otherwise also, petitioner is aged about 46 years and is a government employee, therefore, otherwise also, he is not entitled for payment of gratuity. 5. No benefit of subsequent judgments on this issue can be granted to the petitioner after such a long time. 6. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
