Mr. Ramji Shrivastava, learned counsel for respondent No.3. 4. By means of these criminal writ petitions, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.69 of 2024 dated 19.03.2024 registered with Police Station Rajpur, District Dehradun under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 506 IPC. 5. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police on 24.10.2024 against the petitioners, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. 7. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, these criminal writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
