Case No. 107 of 2024, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.01 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 20(B)(ii)(C)/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Lohardaga. On 23.10.2024, Kuru Police intercepted a bus bearing registration No. JH01FT-8255 from a place near Kuru bus stand check post. On search, 22 kgs of cannabis were found loaded in the dicky of the bus. Petitioner is said to be the owner of the said cannabis. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
