The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Simdega P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 305(a), 305(e), 306 & 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. On 25.12.2024, co-accused persons took away an old generator and a gate from the premises of Civil Court, Simdega. Petitioner is working in the Civil Court, Simdega as a guard. It is alleged that petitioner had left the gate of the Civil Court open, due to which, the occurrence of theft had taken place. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. The petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after three months. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
