The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 31.10.2023 passed by this Court in Writ C No.37447 of 2023. The order sheet of the case pending before the opposite party under Section 35 of the U.P Revenue Code 2006 shows that the case could not be decided within the time fixed by this Court because on almost 90% of the dates fixed in the case, the counsel for the applicant did not appear as the members of the Bar were on strike. In view of the aforesaid, there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. No contempt can be attributed to the opposite party. The application is dismissed.
