The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the order dated 04.02.2025 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, in Criminal Misc. Case No. 111 of 2024, arising out of an application under Section 379 of B.N.S. (under Section 340 of Cr.P.C.) by which application under Section 379 of B.N.S. has been allowed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
